TRE™ – trauma release exercises, yoga and conscious dance are not exercise but practices that support the body’s innate ability to restore itself. They invite natural movement and mindful awareness, allowing patterns of tension to unwind and make space for greater fluidity, grounded presence, resilience, and emotional clarity.
When the body softens, the mind follows. When the mind lets go, the heart opens. And when the heart opens, life begins again.
This is not performance. This is awakening.

TRE™ (Trauma Release Exercises) is a body-based method that uses simple physical exercises to activate natural muscle tremors, helping the nervous system release deep stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body.
The tremors are natural and self-regulating, promoting relaxation, nervous system balance, and recovery from stress.
Yoga is a holistic practice combining physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mental well-being, while supporting relaxation and self-awareness.
My classes include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Chair yoga.
The Conscious Dance that I offer is called Journey Through Dance. This is an expressive movement where people dance with mindful awareness of their body, breath, emotions and sensations. Instead of following set steps, participants move intuitively to music and a guided meditation to explore how they feel. Every dance has a particular theme/intention.

TRE™, yoga and conscious dance are offered online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, making them accessible from wherever you are.
